How to Avoid Catching Flu Naturally
1. Avoid crowds or populated places
You never know who might be the virus carrier in the crowds! Especially in flu seasons, it is very likely that infected people sneeze mucus directly into your eyes, nose or mouth. Close contact with them will greatly increase your chances of getting flu.
